participant Reviews
- When my son first received his NDIS plan, we were completely overwhelmed. Our Support Coordinator took the time to explain everything in simple terms and helped us find the right therapy providers. They even checked in regularly to make sure services were actually working for my son. It feels like we have someone on our side who genuinely cares about our family, not just ticking boxes.

"I live in a regional area and was worried about accessing the right supports. My Support Coordinator not only found local services I didn’t even know about, but also helped set up online therapy sessions so I didn’t miss out. They’re always just a phone call away and never make me feel like I’m asking too much. Thanks to their help, I finally feel like I’m getting the most out of my plan."maria W.
